Evangeline Oaks Guest House Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center (EOGH-Rehab) is a 190-bed skilled nursing home facility located in Carencro, Louisiana. EOGH nursing home facility provides 24-hour nursing care to help manage daily medical and medication needs, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Our nursing home facility is located in Carencro, Louisiana which is a quiet little town just seven miles from Lafayette, Louisiana, and fifteen miles from Opelousas. The geographic location of our facility makes for an easy commute from Opelousas, Sunset, Grand Coteau, North Lafayette, Cankton, Church Point, Scott, and Breaux Bridge.
We are located above Interstate 10 and we are NOT within the Hurricane Evacuation zone nor are we in a flood zone.
Our sturdy brick building has a proven history of weathering many hurricane seasons and other inclement weather without fail. We have a 500K generator that ensures that we do not experience downtime during power outages.
